Isaiah 45:7-9

New American Standard Bible

⁷ The One ^(A)forming light and ^(B)creating darkness,
Causing ^[a]well-being and ^(C)creating disaster;
I am the Lord who does all these things.

⁸ “^(D)Drip down, heavens, from above,
And let the clouds pour down righteousness;
Let the ^(E)earth open up and salvation bear fruit,
^(F)And righteousness sprout with it.
I, the Lord, have created it.
